As an E-commerce Executive I am passionate about providing the best service and experience to our customers. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from King Abdulaziz University, where I gained the fundamentals of business administration and management. My core competencies include communication, customer support, and time management skills. I am responsible for generating and arranging the orders from the online-to-offline platform, coordinating with warehouses for stock and dispatch, and communicating with couriers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. I also follow up and close customer complaints, and work with warehouse and transportation staffs to plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs. I enjoy working with different stakeholders and collaborating with my team to grow the e-commerce business and expand the market. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in business administration and a passion for e-commerce.
