1• Monitor and update the time baseline and present a revised schedule with reflected changes and their impact on the planned time and cost. 2• Project closing and review all the as-built drawings. 3• Refurbishment for 7 projects with fit-out period 35 days and then be ready for operating and trading 4• Compare the Tender budget Rae breakdown ( equipment, manpower, and material ) with current rates and present changes to the management in an accost control analysis report that entails the planned value ( budget ) versus actual. 5• Present two separate daily reports ( time and cost ) to the project manager and the client that includes new equipment, received materials, staff attendance, daily wages, petty cash, purchase orders ( PO ) invoices, and compare the planned activities versus that actual to be able to monitor the project daily and raising flags for any delays. 6• Establish specifications for projects based on a thorough review of performance standards, client requirements, and product design 7• Review claims with the contract site team to identify their validity and study events ( variation orders, delays, etc. ) and report their impact on the planned time and cost 8• Plan a two weeks log ahead activity schedule for the shop-drawing, MEP, and Procurement teams, and a weekly report to the management and the client 9• Communication with each brand prior and during the project to ensure achieving the brand objectives. 10• Part of the project management team responsible for new projects 11• Perform random site checks to ensure proper supplies storage, smooth workflow, and resources to investigate delays or losses to the project. 12• Analyze and discuss with the project manager the project progress biweekly to ensure proper project planning 13• Create BOQs for all the projects disciplines (Arch, Civil) 14• Update and track actual cost during the project and compared it to the estimated cost to ensure that we are still below the budget.

1. Follow-up preparing the indirect cost plan and make any amendments when needed to be sent to the project manager. 2. Monitor projects’ progress; comparing actual executed works against planned, and issue work volume status reports on a monthly basis for Projects Directors and Top Management. 3. Review periodical reports and spreadsheets, to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness. 4. Participate in Top Management progress follow-up meetings, and any other cost related meetings. 5. Lead and coach team members when needed to improve their performance and ensure they carry out their responsibilities as planned.
