During this experience, I have planned and supervised the implementation of the project from initiation till completion and getting BCC. ✔ Planned the project execution, prepared detailed look-ahead schedules based on the project schedule, in coordination with the planning engineer and Section Manager ✔ Review and become familiar with the Project specification, drawings, and pre-award clarifications. ✔ prepare purchase requisitions for project consumables and carry out technical evaluation for offers received. Follow up with the concerned suppliers on the delivery of material. ✔ Review of engineering drawings to check feasibility from installation point of view. ✔ Prepare in liaison with the Project Manager the work schedule. ✔ Follow up with clients on the approval of all documents and drawings. ✔ Monitor on daily basis work progress and resolve in liaison with the Project Manager all technical matters that may arise. Liaise with client on construction matters to resolve outstanding issues. ✔ Ensure that project material and consumables requirements are planned to enable timely mobilization. ✔ Assist is preparing scope of work for subcontractors. ✔ Assist project manager in responding to all correspondence from client and subcontractors. ✔ Interaction with all relevant sections/ departments on requirement basis. ✔Interaction with the client, supplier, subcontractors, third parties on requirement basis for the assigned projects. ✔ Maintain a healthy & safe environment at the workplace. ✔ Follow the rules and regulations according to the company policy.

During this experience, I have planned and supervised the implementation of the Villas from initiation till completion and getting BCC. ✔ Planned the project execution, prepared detailed look-ahead schedules based on the project schedule, in coordination with the planning engineer and Section Manager ✔ Excellent experience in Refurbishments and expansion works at existing live buildings. ✔ Coordinated with the subcontractors, consultants and project team for the preparation and submission of method statements of various construction activities ✔ Ensured the implementation of project HSE program and safe work practices in the project ✔ Followed-up on permits, safety approvals and SEWA requirements with the concerned authorities ✔ Provided accurate project progress status to the Construction Manager daily ✔ Coordinated with the QA/QC team, conducted material inspections to ensure compliance to specifications ✔ Coordinated and liaised with subcontractors for completing the consultant’s inspection comments, corrective actions for the NCRs and deficiencies recorded by the QA/QC team within the agreed time ✔ Directed a total of 500+ site workers, 2 Project engineers, 2 site Engineers, 4 general foremen, and chargehands ✔ Coordinated with Completions supervision to ensure completed work is handed over in agreed sequence.
