Exposed to the nature of the terminal business through the attachment programme. Managed to cover all basic elements that constitute a successful oil storage terminal management. This includes Terminal General Overview, HSSEQ, Shipping, Operational, Maintenance and Technical (Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Civil & Structure). In addition, experienced day to day operations (oil movement) in the terminal through attachment with Operations Shift Team, working on a 12-hour shift on day and night. This experience gave a broader view of the terminal operations. This includes Import, Export, Internal Tank Transfer (ITT) and Terminal Tank Transfer (TTT) of petroleum products, product homogenization via air pulsing and heating, oxygen elimination process via nitrogen blanketing and Internal Floating Roof application, Jetty Loading Master and Road Tanker Facility. Attachment with shift team provided me with hands-on skills and technical knowledge in handling various types of equipment in the terminal; terminal pumps, pigging operation, terminal valves, tank components, etc. Completed an individual assignment on the topic "Fuel Oil Pump Mechanical Seal Leak" which covers the basics of pump mechanical seal operation generally and in the terminal, determined roots which caused mechanical seal to leak and also suggestions on improving terminal mechanical seal leak. Company Nature of Business: Integrated technical service provider in energy industry while providing excellent and world class midstream storage facilities. Designated: Involved rotation across two engineering departments; Tankage and Terminal. Project: Pengerang Deepwater Terminal Phase-3 Development (PDT3) 1. Assisted team in generating Project Tank Data Sheet which will be used as project master reference. This process involved liaising with Process Department to ensure all engineering aspect; tanks P&ID, tank design criteria, are well-contained and established. 2. Assisted team in generating Project Design Calculation, specifically for Settling and Slop Oil Tanks. Calculation are made with respect to Project Tank Data Sheet and API650 standard (12th Edition, Add 1, Sept 2014). Each tank design is analysed based on its tank capacity, shell design, tank plates, compression ring area, joints failure, stability, tank roundness, structure strength, vents sizing and overall weight estimation. 3. Assisted team in examining engineering drawing made by designers with respect to Project Tank Data Sheet and API650 standard. Multiple crossover calculations are made to ensure the design project drawings are accurate and within standard threshold; nozzles orientation, spiral stairway orientation, water drenching system etc. 4. Assisted team in generating Material Takes Off (MTO) for project tanks. Material cutting plans are first designed using AutoCad software before MTO list is carried out. The list compromised tank plates dimension and weight estimation data, which will be used by project procurement team.

Assisted Centre of Excellence (COE) Department team in developing application software (User Interface (UI)) for manufacturing Industry 4.0, specifically in widgets and tools software development. 2. Configuration process were successfully carried out: - Button customisation: Users can create and customize their own button feature using JSON file. - CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) process: This process investigated the functionality of Electron software in carried out complex tasks by using JSON file as the CRUD data storage. - Localization: Users can customize and used their local language to operate this UI. In this project, Japanese language is used in the UI localization to replace the default English language. - Message exchange: Users can communicate with other machines using this UI.
