1) Responsible for the collection and presentation of cost data required to exercise project control. This includes the preparation of Forecast Final Costs presented in the monthly Cost Report document in the form of tabulations, narratives and ‘S’ curves, showing Control Budget, Expenditure, Commitment and Forecast At Completion. 2) To ensure the Control Budget amount was changed based on approved Contract Variation Order or Budget Transfer, signed by the Project Manger and/or Client. 3) Work with the Project Team to identify all cost variations both actual and anticipated, at the earliest opportunity in order that the effects of any possible variance can be assessed and to advise the best corrective action. 4) Detail responsibilities as follows :- a) Providing information to maintain project costs within the Revised Control Budget from inception to completion. b) Identify potential cost overruns as quickly as possible enabling corrective action to be taken, or alternatively, where appropriate, advising a minimum cost solution consistent with timely project completion. c) Regular review with Project Management. d) Operate strict control of change procedure. e) Validation of all project costs. f) Allocation of all standard Bumi Armada cost codes. g) Produce project cost close out report at completion.
