• Experienced Animal Nutritionist with nearly two decades of expertise in designing cost-effective nutrition programs, improving feed efficiency, and supporting animal health across Dairy, Beef, Sheep, Camel, Equine and Poultry systems. • As the founder and president of Animal Care Consultation, we work with some of the leading farms and feed mills across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, delivering tailor-made feeding solutions that improves animal performance, cost optimization, and sustainability.

As Global Technical Manager for Alura, some of my responsibilities are: • Support technical services and product deployment strategies. • Leverage Iluma Alliance, Asimetrix, and Innovation Labs to enhance product value. • Conduct market benchmarking and develop solutions based on industry needs. • Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and prospects. • Lead trainings, presentations, and industry discussions, building a strong technical network. • Design, implement, and oversee in vivo and in vitro trials. • Serve as the technical reference for troubleshooting and support.

Identify and lead interactions with customers to identify the needs and strategic objectives; Participate in resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality service; With minimal mentorship, develop client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business; Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends; Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff; Other duties as assigned, e.g. business planning, forecasting, project management.

• Leading sales of the business unit in the Middle East & Africa markets. • Developing distributor and customer intimacy to initiate sales and create market growth. • Providing technical support to the customer network established in the region. • Developing and leading 2 new service models at the farm level to support the sales which is currently is being rolled out globally. • Managing trials design and setup with contracted research institutes as well as key customers, liaising with the Innovation and Global Technical Services. • Establishing commercial network in the territory. • Establishing marketing plan and proactive coordination with other departments on sales activities. • Coordinate distributor training to develop and sustain their value selling capability. • Proactive communication with distributors and customers. • Frequent interaction with sales and technical teams to develop key success stories to be used. • Update products forecast through customer interaction and sales development.

Masters degree from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University in 2014; major in animal nutrition and clinical nutrition.
