Drive design and development of extra corporeal blood circuit Responsibilities: • Handle New Product Introduction (NPI) in a structured manner, from concept to full-scale launch. • Identify key design and development activities to be undertaken, establish schedules or timelines for each, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution. • Perform functional tests, develop and implement test procedures throughout design and development activities, and analyze test results to ensure they meet performance, quality standards, and customer needs. • Collaborate with customer complaint representatives to identify improvement opportunities and address identified issues occurring during design and development activities appropriately. • Translate customer needs into actionable product specifications and ensure a smooth project delivery. • Liaise with all stakeholders and collaborate with other engineering teams to solve complex technical issues and drive cost-efficiency and process improvement. • Ensure all design and development activities are documented, compiled, and properly maintained in the Design History File (DHF). • Manage and ensure all measuring equipment in the area are timely calibrated.
