I am based in China and work directly at factory level to ensure products match approved samples and specifications before mass production and shipment. This includes supplier shortlisting, sample inspection, production monitoring, and pre-shipment quality control. In many cases, the biggest risk for importers is not finding suppliers, but receiving products that do not meet expectations after payment has already been made. My process is designed to prevent that situation by introducing control at each stage of sourcing. I have over 2.5 years of experience in China sourcing and quality control, working across multiple product categories including consumer goods, electronics, cleaning tools, and private label products.
