As senior advisor in Magen Israel (a national program for fighting the coronavirus), I was responsible for: - Liaising with the Arab local authorities. - Forming work plans and public service announcements tailored to the Arab communities' needs. - Finding solutions to the engagement of the public with the war on the healthcare crisis.

▪ Created work plans in accordance with the Board of Directors' vision. ▪ Built strategic partnerships. ▪ Raised and developed resources, and managed a budget of NIS 5.3 million. ▪ Managed a team of 15 coordinators and a total of 1,500 volunteers.

Participated in the Leadership Program at Harvard Business School (Executive Education).

▪ Led needs-mapping processes, and developed and implemented suitable programs accordingly. ▪ Established innovative models for the volunteering of Arab students in academic institutions. ▪ Built models to reduce gaps in social involvement and to strengthen capacity development.

▪ Prepared parliamentary tools (questions to ministers, motions for the agenda, quick debates). ▪ Handled public inquiries within various government ministries. ▪ Represented the interests of community groups within the party and the various committees. ▪ Managed the relationship with the media, and led public activity. ▪ Drafted legislative initiatives and initiated different regulatory processes. ▪ Managed logistics and marketing of election campaigns with budgets amounting to NIS 15 million.
