During this period I had started to learn basis of Pharmacopeias' methods for microbiological quality control of Pharmaceuticals, In addition to GMP basics and Auditing Basics.

Improving antibody production in CHO cells using genetic engineering

As a PhD candidate at Osaka University I worked on Developing a system for speeding up the influenza pre-pandemic vaccine production . I used as H5N1 as a model. I developed a lab Scale production process from the Scratch for the inactivated influenza Vaccine, I got the experience working under BSL-3 condition for In-vivo and In-vitro experiments to show the efficacy of the vaccine and its mechanism of action. In addition, I tried improving vaccine quality related matters.

The School of pharmacy is considered to be the first and the oldest faculty of pharmacy in Egypt. The School study period is 5 years of continuous study of pharmaceutical sciences and its related basic sciences.
