- Attached in Production Conversion Department - In charge of production planning scheduling - Assist Production Manager on quality performance of the product for 2 plant (Pipe forming and Expansion Join Filler) in terms of trouble shooting and reporting - Daily monitoring of output vs plan by reporting to management - Monitor daily machine health check to minimize production downtime - Review, revise and maintain SOP and WI for production conversion department - Conduct daily morning briefing to production workers in order that the information is being understood for every staff. - Authorize on worker leaves and overtime. - Keep track on raw material stock, WIP and FG movement to ease monthly or yearly stock take. - Carry out testing on new raw materials or new product development or new equipment with related department to enhance and improve Process Capabilities and Yield. - Completed IATF 16949:2016 training - Internal Auditor for ISO9001:2015
