Serving as a Mechanical Design Engineer at PEL, specializing in transformer product development aligned with IEEE C57 standards. Responsibilities include conducting multi-physics simulations encompassing magnetic flux distribution, electric field intensity, and thermal performance using industry-standard tools. I design transformer tanks optimized for structural integrity under dynamic pressure conditions, ensuring compliance with permissible pressure ratings. Additionally, I develop CAD automation workflows through Excel-driven macro configurations to enhance design precision and reduce development cycles.

My goal is to refine the prototype for mass manufacturing, implementing state-of-the-art processes that enhance production efficiency and product quality. I’m excited to contribute to the next generation of UAVs, pushing the boundaries of innovation in aerospace engineering.

Pak Elektron Limited is a Pakistani engineering corporation which manufactures major home appliances and electrical equipment. PEL operates in two segments - power and appliances I was assigned a project titled "Reconciliation of Oil in Transformers by waste calculation based on empirical data and devise a way to to reduce waste oil".
