1) Manage contract development through all lifecycle stages ensuring that insurance, bonding, and legal requirements are met, and internal processes and records are maintained 2) Lead commercial negotiations through contract award or amendment 3) Negotiating, drafting and completing contractual terms for projects and works within the Category 4) Using the suppliers authorized for the Project in the Contractual Vendor List in procurement management 5) Checking the qualifications required from suppliers 6) Preparing, updating and submitting to the Management the detailed Procurement Plan, indicating the date of issue of calls for bids,purchase orders and onsite deliveries 7) Implementing the applicable general procurement procedure in the Project 8) Undertake the Procurement process for RFI, RFP, negotiation and vendor management 9) Provides advice on all contractual issues during the complete life cycle of the Contract until the contract closes out 10) Monitor supplier performance to ensure targets are met and identify ways to improve the supply chain process with suppliers
