• Manage consultants working on the firm’s new developments and ensure the company management’s visions are achieved in the new potential projects. • Provide technical guidance and conceptualize prospect development to ensure highest return on project. Prepare architectural study models required to support the new developments and collaborate in pre-design figures (business model) such as estimated projects revenues, cost analysis, land-use study and ensure objectives are achieved throughout project phases from design to end of construction. • Direct consultants to achieve world class engineering practices, and provide guidance and methods to achieve potential projects added values. • Instruct consultants and ensure a high quality engineering practice throughout the city sub-developer projects from early design conception stages and provide proper guidance for all consultants. • Manage proper and complete communication and follow-up with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure the designs are in line with the projects objectives. • Ensure project designs and specifications are in line with city vision. In addition, collaborate in value engineering and cost deduction exercises to ensure the optimum developments cost compared to projects ROA. • Manage the city sub-developer projects progress of the works, quality and technical conformance of the construction. • Perform routine site inspections throughout different phases to ensure implementing the approved design on site in accordance with national and international codes of practice, and following ECQ regulations and standards.

Conceptualize projects design for a big range of prestigious projects in Qatar and international developments. Propose architectural design and architectural strategies prepare complex design proposals using parametric platforms, and do the computational design for such projects. •Design architectural form-finding processes and development strategies in all different phases. Manage coordination with various departments such as structural, architecture production, electromechanical departments, instruct specifications writers of various requirements and ensure designs are in line with building regulations. Perform follow-up meetings with clients to ensure the designs are in line with their objectives and incorporate new requirements from all project stakeholders.

And supervise working drawing and other disciplines. Also prepare interior design for a big range of prestigious project. • Follow-up with clients and ensure the designs are in line with the projects objectives.

As a member of a 4 person design team, Work scope included architectural work, urban design, 3D computation and, visualizations. Contribute to the design stage, and description of the conceptual and design evelopment to architectural packages, projects in Qatar and international projects such as: Al-Ahli hospital extension 2008, Petrol station and car wash 2008, Princess Somya University (PSU) in Jordan 2008, Umm Ghwalina compound 2008, Mr. Dolgass tower at lusial district 2008, Mr. A.Haider residential compound in Mirakh district 2008, Mr. Dolgass office building at Energy city lusial district 2008, Al-Awqaf competition (Residential complex) 2009, Residential buildings in Nora park 2009, Al-Wkair Gate in wkair city 2009, Dohail spa and resort 2009, Al-Mdaen hotel 2009, Akar residential compound 2009, Mr. Abd el Baset Al shibi palace 2009, Akar residential compound 2009, and H.H. Sheikh Hammad Bin Jasem mosque 2009.

Contribution includes supporting the area manger to develop projects drawings, coordination between local consultants and Yamasaki US to achieve quality standards needed and get building permits, also participate in presenting Yamasaki works and meeting clients in middle east region. Projects such as IBQ tower in West Bay Qatar, Injazzat two towers in lusail urban development district in Qatar and Barwa City, urban development project in Cairo, Egypt.
