• Managing day-to-day operations of IT consultancy projects across client portfolios, ensuring timely and effective delivery. • Supervising and supporting consultancy supervisors and project teams, providing direction on priorities, quality, and issue resolution. • Monitoring and ensuing alignment of consulting activities with risk management standards, client expectations, and methodologies. • Reviewing deliverables, reports, and presentations for quality, clarity, and accuracy prior to managerial review. • Maintaining and growing relationships with assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

• Supervising projects of implementing IT solutions for risk management, compliance, and internal audit. • Conducting IT & Cybersecurity Risk Assessments Workshops (i.e., RCSA) and Risk Based Internal Audits. • Developing Risk Appetite Framework, Key Risk Indicators, and risk monitoring mechanisms for IT organizations.

• Developing IT & Information Security policies & procedures. • Discussing and documenting clients' needs to properly address relevant advisory services. • Conducting IT & Cybersecurity Risk Assessments Workshops (i.e., RCSA) and Risk Based Internal Audits.

• Building reports for audit findings that were observed during the IT audit. • Offering recommendations, such as suggesting suitable hardware, software, and systems. • Advising top executives on all information security matters.

• Creating information security strategies, both short-term and long-range. • Directing an ongoing, proactive risk assessment program for all new and existing systems and remaining familiar with the company goals and business processes. • Overseeing all ongoing activities related to development, implementation, and maintenance of the company information security policies and procedures.

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. • Coordinating the IT budgetary and in the implementation of IT plan and training individuals who will need to use it. • Establishing various guidelines for evaluating IT systems and determining where changes should be made.

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. • Interacting with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences. • Developing a deep understanding of the products being offered.
