* Cost Analysing Department * Responsibilities: * Control and monitor the project budget and cost. * Statistics on parts orders with subcontractors. * Monitoring and reporting cost progress and comparing with original cost sheets. * Preparation of the project cost and controling procedurs. * Project Management Department * Responsibilites: * Control and monitoring of project programme and process. * Following-up on recovery and/or improvement plan established to adress delayed programme and progress. * Control and monitoring of the mobilization plan for the resources as required for the project. * Monitoring and reporting of project progress and comparing with original plan. * Project Quality Control Department * Responsibilities: * Control sent and received papers. * Calculate and control labor working efficiency. * Evaluate and control the completing tasks in all departments.

* Implementing drilling OPERATIONS and ensuring that they are completed as per schedule * Planning, organising and coordinating OIL rig OPERATIONS * Organize the operations of the staff like engineers, workers, contractors, geologists and scientists * Make regular reports to the drilling superintendent on the progress of operations * Implementing safety measures and regularly monitoring them for irregularities * Implementing steps for reducing environmental depletion due to drilling operations * Monitor all the drilling operations and make decisions regarding continuation or abandonment of the OIL rig in extreme climates * Systematic documentation of the OIL rig operations * Onshore drilling rigs: * RA-289 Deviated well done in JAN 2015 * RA-560 Horizontal Well done in MARCH 2015 * RA-566 Deviated Well done in JUNE 2015 * RA-259 Diviated Well done in AUG 2015 * RA-518 Horizontal Well done in OCT 2015 * SA-129 injector well
