- Manage relationship with suppliers for PR,PO,RI execution & follow up. - Assist in the ongoing development of the Procurement function toward best practices. - Plan the allocation and forecasting of materials required by the company. - Source suppliers based on price , availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses, service as required by the company. - Negotiate with various departments to support the purchasing process according to the situation. - Ensure goods arrive in good condition and on time. - Mediate payment processes and ensure timely payment in accordance with payment terms (TOP). - Documentation Invoices, Purchase Request/Work Order/Purchase Order. - Analyze offers (price, features, services, TOP, etc.) to find the most advantageous options for the company. - Monitor vendor performance and ensure they meet company expectations. - Quickly and effectively resolve issues within the purchasing staf - Manage inventory of stationery, equipment, and company assets, etc.
