Performed the valuation analysis using most up to date valuation methodologies such as the discounted cash flow (DCF) approach, adjusted book value (ABV) approach, guideline transactions/public company multiples (GTCM/GPCM) and the adjusted present value (APV) approach.  Actively engaged in the development of investment teasers of potential sellers circulated to prospective buyers in order to determine their initial interest in an investment opportunity.  Actively participated in several IPO transactions, including the IPO of a leading multi-billion hospitality group.  Liaised frequently between bankers, appraisers and auditors.  Industry experience includes construction and building materials (cement and steel), food and beverages, financial services (including banks), hospitality, white goods and telecommunication industries.

Collected & performed primary end to end troubleshooting for voice incidents 24x7 in order to ensure a professional and consistent delivery of quality service to telephony customers.
