Awarded to pursue a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management with a Specialization in AI & Robotics at Carnegie Mellon University, as part of the Ministerial Scholarship program. This program is designed for future leaders and top talents of the Ministry of Finance, aiming to enhance the competencies of its human resources in supporting the Ministry's vision, mission, and strategic goals, particularly in leveraging advanced Artificial Intelligence for public service systems.

• Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with 46,000 users by developing innovative modules, such as a dashboard of user complaining services, a data quality management module, and a personnel integrity map using the Object-Oriented Programming Concept in Java Spring Boot framework. • Conduct the feasibility study for implementing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), and Goal Programming methods in developing Resource Allocation and Task Assignment modules for intelligent case management systems in the CTAS project.

• Developed a Covid-19 dashboard in PHP programming language to visualize real-time data about the total number of cases, covid-19 tests, vaccinated employees, and a geo-tracking feature for DGT employees in order to prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus and provide an effective and safe public service system. • Improved almost 30% cost efficiency of system storage and system development by integrating the HRIS database with other information systems using Pentaho Data Integration and REST-API method. • Used the Machine Learning approach and Python programming to count and predict DGT's employee turnover for 5 and 10-year periods used for feasible DGT's workforce planning project.

• Analyzed 2,000,000+ taxpayers' transactions from the data warehouse centre and 625 government procurement websites to investigate tax avoidance activities using python programming. • Processed and visualised 200,000+ taxpayers' data, involving tax payment, tax debt, compensation, financial report, etc., using MS. Access, Pentaho and OracleDB clients to monitor taxpayer obligations • Created a tax potential information system using Laravel framework and ApexchartJS library as a collaboration media for 978 users in tax investigation activities. • Served the task force of digital forensics to investigate fake invoices by checking taxpayer documents, emails, and other digital archives using Autopsy and FTK Imager software and sophisticated digital forensics devices. • Organized and trained quarterly computer training for 20 IT specialists from 10 DGT's work units to help them improve their computer knowledge and skills.

• Built 4 web applications using PHP and JQuery to solve office problems, such as tax administration systems for remote areas, document digitalization systems, and taxpayers satisfaction systems. • Created raster images for the new tax zone and referenced them with taxpayers' spatial data as input for DGT's GIS • Helped more than 150 employees with computer, networking, and software issues to ensure the computerization system was operating properly. • Created an intelligent server room system using an Arduino microcontroller to monitor a server room's condition. • Improved taxpayer compliance by helping them interpret tax regulation's complexities and providing technical support for tax information systems issues.

• Maintained DGT's property tax information systems through GIS database maintenance and property pictures. • Built a web application that adopted social media features and business intelligence features using PHP and JQuery to support the organization to reach its yearly tax revenue target. • Processed and visualized 200,000+ taxpayers' data, involving tax payment, tax debt, compensation, financial report, etc., using MS. Access, Pentaho and OracleDB clients to monitor taxpayer obligations • Managed 6 Windows Servers by maintaining hardware and performing server backup and virtual machine storage. • Managed vendors to deliver printing services, PVN maintenance, and UPS maintenance.

Working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Object-Oriented Programming with Java course, taught by Dr. Sakir Yucel, a core requirement for the Master of Information Systems Management degree at Carnegie Mellon University. Responsibilities included: • Assisting the professor in preparing and organizing class materials • Attending classes to provide in-class support • Holding office hours to assist students individually or in small groups • Grading homework assignments and exams • Proctoring exams • Corresponding with students to answer questions via email or the Canvas learning platform.

• Trained 90 IT specialists from 10 work units by conducting immersive IT practical lessons in the computer laboratory to learn about IT technical assistance, ICT governance, tax administration system, and location-based supervision. • Trained 60+ new employees from 3 Kalimantan regional tax offices covering information security awareness.

• Taught 167 students from 6 classes of associate degree programs by providing materials and assessing students' understanding of data analytics, computer systems, office applications, and database management.

• Taught 86 students from 3 classes in the associate degree program covering taxation software, corporate income tax, value-added tax, luxury tax, and general taxation provisions.
