In general responsible to ensure business and IT alignment through identifying and implementing IT services support to Distribution Business Unit. Liasing all communication from distribution business unit and IT, manage and facilitate Review of Business Process and Technology programs, coordinate overall IT projects implementation, IT policy and IT budget expense in business unit. In March 2016-Jan 2017 , Co-leading SAP project big bang implementation in Distribution Business Unit (throughout 2 DC and 25 branches).

* Analyze and assess the implementation of best practices business process by ERP System (SAP HR). Leading some projects : SAP Training and Event Management, SAP Manpower Planning Composition, SAP Time Management, SAP Recruitment. * Maintain and manage development on SAP-ESS (Employee Sef Service)

* Assess and facilitate the change management process in IT Projects, including: communication package, technical infrastructure analysis, and training. * Benefit calculation in Information Technology Projects, including: people productivity improvement (Full Time Equivalent) and business benefit (cost reduction, cash flow, sales margin, cost avoidance) Some projects are : + Change Management Committee for SAP Implementation in Sinarmas Forestry – Riau + Change Management for MES (Manufacturing Execution System) * Set Up Project Closing Standard and Benefit Calculation Framework (refer to Information Economics methodology) for IT Project in Corporate IT * Corporate Trainer for Change Management and Project Management Training * Conduct COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technologies) preliminary analysis in Corporate IT

* 1. Analyze and assess the implementation of best practices business process by ERP System (JD Edward). * 2. Policy and Procedure Making. * Some projects are : * a. Centralized Purchasing Business Process : Re-engineer the process of the current decentralized purchasing process to be centralized purchasing process and control. * b. Corporate Procurement Data analysis : Analyze the corporate procurement data , to provide and conduct the solution to make sure the procurement process is carried out effectively and efficiently.

* As Corporate Management Trainee, I'm rotated to all functions and business units & liable to undertake an improvement project in each assignment which would be presented & reported to the top management * Some of the projects are: * Human Resources Area * Developing z-score Performance Management System * Developing recruitment, assessment and training planning based on competency (operator and supervisor level) * Manufacturing Area * Workload analysis and load balancing on Pasta Operation using tms * Developing Standard Operating Procedure considering inventory best practices and calculation. * Developing production planning using forecasting & statistic method. * Commercial Area * Distribution Channel and Customer Satisfaction Analysis for West Java Area and Jakarta * Workload analysis on salesman using tms and diary sampling * Finance Area * Hedging analysis for PP Resin, in relation with inventory, production and sales planning, using forecasting and statistic

Managing cross function projects in Internal IT and also corporate wide. Internal IT, setting up process align with ITIL best practices. Corporate wide projects includes major business process revamp process to increase efficiency.
