- Installed Beetle (POS) and BOS PCs with peripherals at new Total gas stations. - Set up and configured Namos 7.14.17.5 on POS PCs and Namos Retail (MWS) on BOS PCs for seamless operation. - Integrated ATG, DOMS, and network connections to ensure system functionality. - Ensured the operational readiness of Namos systems for efficient gas station operations. - Handled technical issues locally or escalated to L3 support at CGI (Morocco) and L4 support at Diebold Nixdorf (Germany). - Created and delivered monthly reports to stakeholders, including TOI, TOAP, TOTAL SA, and CGI. - Presented reports clearly to stakeholders. - Installed Namos systems at multiple sites, including Total Pasar Minggu, Total Cideng, Total Pejaten, and Hankam. - Upgraded Namos software from version 7.7.7 to 7.14.17.5. - Converted IFSF to DOMS method at five older sites to meet iBank prerequisites. - Assisted the Fairbank team with iBank installation across all Total gas stations in Indonesia. - Monitored and resolved iBank-related issues at all Total gas stations.
