Position Summary: The Sourcing & Buyer plays crucial in procurement strategy and ensuring the cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Manage both the visible and behind-the-scenes aspects of procurement to ensure operational efficiency and strategic value creation. While sourcing and negotiating are the most recognized parts of my roke, my responsibilities extend far deeper into the “procurement iceberg”. This position is responsible for strategic procurement activities to drive efficiencies and savings that allign with business-organizational goals. The Sourcing & Buyer will directly report to the Procurement Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze demand forecast and market trends, support company with the development and implementation. - Search and identify potential suppliers. - Prepare proposals, request quotes, negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms, focusing on value, quality, reliability with end to-end process. - Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcome. - Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitiveness and adherence to quality standards. - Manage procurement-related risk; supplier, contract, and market risk. - Manage import purchase of goods and forwarder services. - Prepare and manage the procurement budget (CAPEX/OPEX), optimizing cost and ensure financial efficiency. - Driven innovation within the procurement process by exploring new suppliers, products, and technologies. - Ensure compliance with international and local procurement laws and regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to identify procurement needs and ensure the timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities: - Conducted analysis of flat rate (F/R) variances, included comprehensive assessed of parts cost, labor cost, and miscellaneous expenses. - Prepared and managed the execution of rebuild and maintenance strategies for CAT components. Generated precise calculations for transfer price of rebuild components, as a reference for sales transactions between branch offices and consumers. - Developed lifecycle maintenance cost, aligned with the technical condition of units to provide essential insights for the marketing and sales team, particularly for Potential Purchasing (PP) prospects. - Maintained Bill of Material (BoM) for each component involved on the dismantle and assemble processes, ensured continuous update to evaluate improvement implemented by CAT.

Key Responsibilities: - Monitored and evaluated weekly-monthly progress of the project, aligned with operation income. - Prepared and assessed of project’s funds requests that align with progress, cost to date, cost to go, and current forecast. - Monitored and evaluated implementation of project’s cost control system to ensure all cost are recorded. - Evaluated purchase requests based on project’s implementation budget plan (RAP) and actual cost. - Prepared proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions with the major value-materials or services on JO and NON-JO projects. Achievement: Established a new in-house integrated digital business system called by “ERP NINDYA” as part of lean and green construction practices to control project’s expenses, purchase request, funds request, request of vendor payment and cashflow.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepared and managed implementation budget plan (RAP) based on Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and project s-curve. - Monitored and evaluated progress by breakdown work schedule. - Calculated project’s material and services requirements and initiated to bidd opportunities to headquarter. - Calculated addendum opportunities by volume of work or material specifications. - Managed project cashflow based on schedule, progress realization, and inflow/outflow transactions. Achievement: Succeeded achieve savings 12% gross profit or increase 3% by re-sale stock opname materials.

Key Responsibilities: - Monitored product inventory that corresponds to with cost recorded and realization volume of materials and services order. - Inputed and ensured direct-indirect cost are recorded in the cost control system. - Created and organized monthly-weekly material inventory plan that needed by project. Achievement: Succeedeed record cost accurately by achieve a gross profit 9%, aligned with the BKPU target of 91%.
