IS End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

The IS EUC Engineer is responsible for development and planning of the Group’s Standard Operating Environment (SOE) capability for asset management, security and patch management, applications packaging and deployment, mobility device management, updating drivers and software updates. The role is responsible to develop, deploy, manage and maintain the technology catalogue and for standard desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone, virtual desktops or other endpoint devices and associated hardware and software. Part of the End User Computer Team (EUC) team that works within the IS Security & Operations Department and is responsible for the overall management of all endpoints within SRG across all retail outlets, distribution centres and support offices. This team ensures that endpoints are in working order, within warranty and have all appropriate security and applications patches applied to protect our operating environment.
