Performance of Independent Engineering and Due Diligence services in support of financing Wind Energy Projects in North America. These include: turbine model specific evaluations, site suitability analyses, QA/QC evaluations of projects under construction and turbine assembly facilities, turbine Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budgeting analysis, incident and damage inspection analysis, and turbine RFQ response analysis. Performed turbine climbs for QA/QC inspections in 10 US states. In support of the Electrical Engineering group, performed QA/QC evaluations of construction projects with respect to substation and electrical collection systems.

Gamesa is a global leader in the field of utility scale wind turbine manufacturing and operations. The Pre-Sales Engineering section has the primary responsibility for providing turbine technology support to the North American sales team and all customers, from initial sales contact through wind farm construction. As the manager of this section my duties included execution of Pre-Sales engineering tasks as well as managing the growth and personnel of this group.

Performed Electrical Engineering tasks for the AP1000 price finalization project; a full cost estimate for twin unit nuclear generating station. Participated in development of price finalization procedure. Conducted engineering and cost evaluations for electrical systems of the AP1000. Responsibility for development and change control management of the AP1000 direct estimate database containing all direct labor, material, equipment and subcontract costs for a twin unit plant.

Thesis: Photovoltaic Generator Modeling for Large Scale Distribution System Studies Developed process of integrating a mathematical model of a photovoltaic generator with an unbalanced distribution power flow solver. Performed power flow studies using 394 bus system and real world load and environmental data.
