• Review and check Civil Section Work Requests, Drawings, Proposals and evaluate their requirements for Labor, Materials, Equipment and Methodology, then recommend approval to the Supervisor In-charge. • Make analysis, formulate new procedures and programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all the Processes and Systems involved in the different aspects of Operation of the Section. • Ensure that all the Safety, Health and Governmental Requirements are achieved and followed by all the Projects that are handled by the Section. • Ensure that all Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Programs of the Section are in place and being implemented across the Organization. • Consolidate annual budget of Civil Section and make final proposal for review of Department’s Supervisor In-charge. • Performance monitoring to evaluate the Sections overall efficienc

• Lead structural inspections, audits, and assessments for buildings, foundations, tanks, roads, and other. • Design, estimate and oversee major civil repairs, reinforcements, and modifications to mill facilities. • Plan and manage large projects including shutdown civil works and new infrastructure installations. • Conduct failure investigations for structural issues and recommend engineering solutions.

* Signs for and on behalf of the company matters relating to sales quotations issued in the branch. * Supervise the activities of the estimators-ensuring accurate and reliable data quotations for the sales group. * Monitor the company’s objective on a monthly basis in terms of sales volume and sales value.

* Do accurate actual measurements to all projects that will serve as the basis of quotations and sales orders. * Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor ongoing projects. * Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, subcon’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
