Coordination of SG Abrasives Purchasing activities related to sustainability (Scope 3) - Implementation of the Suatainability strategic roadmap. - Deployment of Supplier Green Deal program, which aims to boost the sustainable actions of our partners. - Animating a Global Abrasives Purchasing Sustainability community. - Deployment of Saint-Gobain Group tools and follow-up of CSR indicators.

Responsibility on the following categories: * local: PACKAGING, MARKETING, RESALES PRODUCTS * EMEA region: CARDBOARD BOXES, SUPER ABRASIVES RESALES PRODUCTS - Negotiating on the above categories - Searching for the new suppliers and alternative sources - Request for quotations among the categories - Carrying out savings projects Leading the group focusing on the sustainalbe projects in packaging (scope 3). The group brings together representavives of Purchasing, Supply Chain and Product Management from EMEA Saint-Gobain plants.

- Maintaining inventory management, tracking the company’s needs and products consumption to determine which products should be bought, providing stock analyses and reporting to maintain accurate stock level. - Entering purchase orders into the SAP, including equipment, machines, goods, and services for company. Maintaining communication with suppliers in order to ensure timely delivery, monitoring of deliveries status, complaint handling, solving invoice discrepancies and variances. - Providing input for raw materials base and maintaining system configuration. - Reporting KPI to measure, control and benchmark procurement processes. - Participating in World Class Manufacturing projects, identifying and implementing improvements. Yellow Belt in Customer Service and Focus Pillar.

Work in a fact paced, multicultural environment, communicating in English only. Range of responsibilities: - providing customer services in line with the assumptions and the policy of the company, - operating a cash register, - maintaining sanitary work environment, - advising the guests and responding to their demand as regards the type of food.

Support for Volkswagen Group Poland in the CKK Improvement & Consolidation project. Participation in the audit on orders execution process and the use of the system in Litex Promo. Administration: - supporting the sales process in SMART Project, - organizing business trips, - purchasing office equipment , - performing other tasks commissioned by the Board and Project Manager.

- Annual organizing of winter seminar for the group’s members including: coordinating events, travel planning, providing accommodation, transport and insurance for participants, preparing documentation for the University Authorities, fundraising. - Co-organizing the nationwide conference “Poznańskie Forum Logistyczne” including: responsibility for the publication of the conference papers, care for conference participants. - Organizing the celebrations of the 135th anniversary of MPK Poznan in the depot in Franowo. - Participation in conferences in Poland, speeches, publications. - Supporting in current issues and activities of the group.

- Operating SAP ERP system – verifying the stocks and making orders, reporting, preparing analyses. - Contacting with suppliers and customers in English. - ABC classification, determining the safety stock level. - Preparing reports on delivery services. - Working in the team on current issues.

- Preparing daily sales reports, analyzing the stocks and the pace of the sales with the use of SAP ERP system. - Reallocating non-groceries to the shops. - Analyzing the key suppliers’ delivery processes in terms of timeliness and the level of accomplishment. - Making orders for groceries. - Supporting Inventory Planners in the department in current issues.
