- Management of Soft services team (6 direct reports and over 40 3rd party vendors) - Main projects: complete gym revamp (floor, equipments, multipurpose room, etc); True Zero Waste business case approved and in progress with the client at the moment I left the contract (certification to be acquired by the end of 2026); relocation of the entire Google Cloud team to a new office; inauguration of the new office at SPCT;

- Soft and Project Facilities Coordinator at Google Contract - Management of reception, mailroom, janitorial, landscaping and office amenities/ perks - Coordination of the financial budget of the soft facilites with about 15 suppliers and outsourced service providers. - Interface with other facilities fronts such as Security, Food, Events, Maintenance and MAC (moves, adds & changes) - Coordination of Space Planning, remodelling, decoration and projects of new layouts in the office. - Coordination of Perks services (gym, masotherapy, Beauty room, Mother´s room, etc.) and other benefits offered to employees at the office - Management of space planning of the office with, proximally, 1200 employees and 172,890 square-feet. Direct contact with managers, directors and admins to distribute the teams according to space demands and work dynamics - Implementation , from scratch, of a shared desk project for one specific team, responsible for occupancy tracking surveys, design new furniture and collaborative areas, proportional desk distribution between the teams and other internal communications to implement this new hot seat dynamic in the office.

- Development and sale of products related to DIY decoration market; - General management of business matters: marketing, finances, customer service, logistics, development of new produtcts, etc; - Content creation and management at social media; > Management of campaigns in Adwords, FaceAds, LinkedIn, etc. - Partnerships with architects, digital influencers and TV shows (GNT, Globo, TV Gazeta, etc)
