-Manage and develop supply base which provide good support in quoting activities -Support and recommend alternate supply base for quoting -Evaluates supplier performance on quarterly bases or when required. -Selection of suppliers and analyzes supplier quotes in order to provide complete best quoted cost to the material quote manager. -Select and analyzes for the best possible pricing, lead times, MOQ, package quantity and other terms and conditions to achieve lower TCO ( total cost ownership)

-Execute MRP. Eg: Weekly new buy based on planned order, rescheduling execution. -Best pricing practice, issue PO to AVL supplier based on pricing, MOQ and lead time. -Source open market stock with existing AVL while propose alternative based on data sheet to close the material shortages -Works with supplier to ensure material are secured timely -Clear AP issue if have any -Coordinate with supplier to ensure on time delivery ( local and overseas) and ensuring no past due PO -Ensure timely delivery materials to support the production line needs. -Work closely with engineer and IQA department( in Thailand plant) to solve the MRB issue -Prepare, arrange shipment for RMA and negotiate with suppliers for replacement of rejected material if have any

- Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.Eg: MRP actions in rescheduling/ cancellation in system. - Ensure material availability to support production and coordinate of materials movement from receiving to production floor. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery (local and overseas) - Plan and manage inventory levels of materials - Work closely with Account Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies on time. - Negotiate for best purchasing package with assigned suppliers such as lower MOQ buy in order to control inventory. - Meeting purchasing metrics / indicators such as OTD - Handle New Product Immediate ( NPI) - Attended MRB meeting. - Handle memory IC such as programming and pre-programming activity.
