Responsible for developing and managing the Company's Strategic Alliances and Key Partnership to increase sales and market footprint in End User Computing. Client acquisition and selling solutions/value/outcome based on the understanding of customers businesses across multiple industries. Develop pipeline and opportunities at preliminary stage while working alongside with existing account management team throughout the sales cycle including pre-sales, proposal, pricing presentation and closure of the deals. Developing and maintaining relationship involving planning and coordinating activities with partner, propose and develop solutions in resolving related issues that best address customer needs.

Support the services sales leaders in driving business by preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly BMS, dashboard, presentation deck etc. Connect with AP regions stakeholders very frequently for business updates, forecasting, pipelines status and budgeting.

I help organizations to prepare Business Reporting such as Sales Performance Report, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Sales Scoreboard in order to maximize profitability with healthy growth. Also, playing a role as Personal Assistant for Managing Director. Handling all the related tasks as Executive Assistant which includes managing MD's calendar schedule, organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, travelling arrangement and so on.

Setup project in Changepoint for orders downloaded by Sales, to ensure the projects setup are comply with Company policies. Assist Project Manager in project closure. Communicate and dealing with Inside Solution Architect & Project Manager regarding P&L & details of each project.

Actively promote and sell a suite of financial services & loan products such as mortgage, personal loan, credit card, hire purchase & etc. To build good relationship with customers with the objective of assisting them in their financial needs. To maintain and uphold service standards set by the bank. Actively attend property launches and road shows with the objective to increase sales.

Advise Sales Manager & Sales Team on pricing and spec to quote. Update Daily Sales Report to Singapore Komoco Headquarter and dealing with Mercedes Benz Malaysia for the car booking. Ensure showroom is well maintain to comply the Mercedes Benz Dealer Standard. Ensure the process of car registration is complete within 1 week. Dealing with Banker on the loan or related issues.

Staff recruitment, preparing Offer Letter and Employee Confirmation. Payroll processing and conduct Staff Training. Handling all matters relate to staffs.
