• Receive Purchase Order from Key Customers (thru emails) and record in system. • Place Raw Materials Orders to concerned / respective suppliers accordingly. (check also raw materials on hand/stock that can be used for new orders received). • Confirm Purchase Order and Lead Time to respective customers. • Follow color development and bulk production with suppliers and customer. • Contact Forwarder, follow the bulk shipment and customs clearance (if any). • Receive bulk, record it in the system/stock and schedule the production with the management and follow the production and adjust the stock accordingly. • Check the quality with the Inspection Team and Laboratory • Prepare the shipping documents (Invoices & Packing List) and inform / send to respective customers. • Once key customer/s confirmed for mode of shipment immediately contact Forwarder to schedule freight. • Stay in contact with customer for any demand and/or issue and follow up the customers for their respective due dates.
