Psychologist with experience in both the educational and human resources fields. Graduated from the University of Sonora, I began my career as a school psychologist at 'Aprendiendo a Crecer' preschool, where I acquired skills in assessment and emotional support. Later, my interest in the organizational area led me to join Teleperformance as a Selection Specialist, where I developed competencies in recruitment and talent management for almost two years. Currently, I work as the Operations and Human Resources Coordinator at Aviada, applying my psychology knowledge to streamline processes and foster a productive and healthy work environment.
