Key Responsibilities: • FM transmitter and receiver projects completed for knowledge on RF technology. • Use and calibration of test equipment (VNA Network analyzer, Spectrum analyzer, Signal generator, Oscilloscope, Digital multimeter, audio analyzer, Noise figure meter). • Antenna design and Antenna testing. • Make RF and Microwave cables and rework up to military grade. • RF and Microwave connectors (how to handle, clean and maintain them). • Batching of components, PCB Assembly (both hand soldering, pick and place) using lead free solder and mechanical assembly of products up to military grade. • Product repairs and fault finding up to board level, Coordinate with Engineers to make modifications on products. Assist Product Owners with the development of Products including: • Design and Development of products • Product assembly work including mechanical, PCBs (RF/Analogue and digital) and cables. • Systems/product preparation for factory acceptances • Verification of products against specifications. • General product validation testing as part of product development life cycle. • Maintain requirements management tool with requirements/bugs/features. • Technical documentation for example Acceptance Test Procedures, Results Records, Technical Report.

Dealing with circuit design and building, components identification, Soldering, Programming different programmable devices including Arduino, raspberry Pi, ESP32. Working on projects each time, including gyser timer, Obstacle avoiding robot, environment monitoring using different sensors. working with RF and satellites.
