* Created, planned and executed 2 week bar tour allowing for addition of new contacts as well as exposure to non-soccer related bars. * Acts as suites liaison and assists in game day activities including half time performances, guest services, catering concerns and general inquires. * Coordinate ticket orders and processing through Archtics, as well as cold and warm sales calls. * Collection of marketing logistics on and off site and promotional events through RFK with youth teams and soccer related organizations and sponsors through Archtics CRM and direct contact.

* Managed and planned promotions at 70 accounts in the metro area for 7 MillerCoors beers for 15 promotional specialists to increase sales and visibility. * Completed all administrative components for promotional staff including expense reports and payroll.

* Project lead for multiple annual nationwide programs by managing program timelines, budgets, on-site logistics and communication with funders and vendors for permits, wildlife and rentals across the nation. * Expertise coordinating diverse teams across the Federation to monitor workflow, manage strict timelines and maintain consistent communication through meetings to share project updates. * Strict use of project management system Jira to establish tasks for design, marketing and email sends. * Facilitates the gathering of program stats and feedback for engaging recap reports. * Owner of regular content generation and updates for program websites through Sitecore and Wordpress. * Creative input on marketing strategies of campaigns and programs to hit target audiences and expand outreach through web, email and social media.
