Procurement Officer – MEP, Joinery & Fit-Out As a Procurement Officer focused on MEP, Joinery, and Fit-Out, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for all materials and services essential to high-quality construction and interior projects. My key responsibilities include: • Sourcing and selecting suppliers specializing in MEP, joinery, and fit-out materials to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency. • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value while maintaining quality and project timelines. • Managing the procurement lifecycle, from initial RFQs to delivery, ensuring that materials meet project specifications and regulatory standards. • Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to align procurement activities with project goals and schedules. • Monitoring inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance to minimize project delays and ensure continuity. • Conducting market research to identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities within MEP, joinery, and fit-out categories.
