Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize supply chain efficiency, minimize costs, and improve service levels. 2. Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to meet customer requirements. 3. Manage transportation activities, including carrier selection, routing, scheduling, and freight negotiation,. 4. Monitor and track shipments, orders, and inventory levels using logistics management systems. 5. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery of materials, components, or finished goods.. 6. Optimize warehouse operations, layout, and storage systems to maximize space utilization, minimize inventory holding costs. 7. Implement inventory management techniques, such cycle counting, and just-in-time (JIT) inventory control, to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and carrying costs. 8. Lead and supervise logistics teams, including warehouse staff, transportation coordinators, and inventory controllers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance and productivity. 9. Conduct performance analysis and KPI tracking for logistics operations, measuring key metrics. 10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations. 11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, sales, and customer service, to align logistics activities with business goals. 12. Evaluate and select logistics service providers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners. 13. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology adoption in logistics operations. 14. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues related to logistics, transportation, or delivery. 15. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.

Warehouse Worker responsibilities Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule Receiving and processing warehouse stock products Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation Complete diary logs into inventory Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Oversees deliveries and pickups to insure quality and quantity of products. Checks perpetual inventory regularly. Recommends purchases to supervisor. Loads and unloads materials and supplies using available hand trucks and front-end loaders. Records deliveries and pickups. Maintains inventory records and tracking system. Determines appropriate places for storage. Rotates stock as needed. Monitors activities in warehouse to insure proper recording of outgoing materials. Adjusts inventory levels to reflect receipts and disbursements. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, strips, waxes and buffs floor surfaces. Cleans restroom areas and replenishes paper supplies and soap as necessary. Cleans windows, walls, woodwork, blinds and light fixtures. Dusts and cleans desks and other furniture. Empties trash receptacles; deposits recyclable material in proper receptacles. Sweeps sidewalks and walkways outside of buildings; polices grounds, picking up debris; shovels snow and/or applies de-icing compounds to walkways and driveways, as necessary. Replaces burned out light bulbs. Prepares requisition forms to obtain necessary supplies for coming workweek. Sets traps for rodents and other pests, appropriately discarding trapped animals. Performs other related work as required.

Build and stretch wrap pallets 7. Assemble and move office furniture and other equipment as required 8. Provide accountability, oversight, and management to maintenance bench-stock items, critical spares, and other critical/non-critical items. 9. Conduct quality assurance and quality control inventories and management-directed inventory counts 10. Maintain good housekeeping in the work area. 11. Maintain material management and receiving logs 12. Fill out proper shipping documentation and receipts per site standard operating procedures 13. Input information into databases (such as Microsoft Access, SAP, etc.) Organize and maintain files 14. Dispose of and recycle materials and equipment in accordance with site best practices and procedures 15. Ensure proper handling of all sensitive or classified materials and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements 16. Operate classified destruct equipment as directed 17. Perform customer service activities to include, but not limited to, answering telephones, communicating with site customers, and carrier representatives and drivers. 18. Support other elements of the Company Logistics Team as directed 19. Operate company-owned vehicles and equipment required to complete daily duties. 20. Work within an office or warehouse setting 21 Attend to any other duties as assigned.

Main Responsibilities • Lead and instruct field team on proper receiving, storage, and issuing of warehouse items • Ensure the process of First In, First Out, First to Expire (FIFOFE) is maintained at all times in accordance with requirements • Monitor and analyze operational data and reports to verify compliance with established policies, procedures, and work standards • Ensure that all TMD for the delivery trucks are functioning well and food has been maintained at the right temperature throughout. • Ensure that all frozen and chill products are stored to the freezers and chillers immediately they are downloaded to avoid exposure to the heat element. • Issue all food products to using DA 3161 for accounting purposes • Make weekly food orders through the AFMIS/ARMY STORES SYSTEM. • Ensure that all food in the storage containers is issued on FIFO/FE basis to avoid having expired products. • To file all documents related to Warehouse Stores and archive them at the end of every month. • Ensure that the Warehouse storage containers are kept clean and tidy always to keep them free of rodents. • To make Transport Movement Request (TMR) for any foods that needs to be moved from warehouse to the DFACS where necessary. • To assign duties to warehousemen and ensure they perform their tasks as required • To ensure all Warehouse employees are conversant with the safety procedures by conducting tool box topics every day. • To ensure all warehouse employees have the required PPE including reflector vests and safety boots while on duty. • To conduct weekly and monthly inventory for accounting purposes. • Ensure compliance with current regulations and directives regarding financial inventory and accounting • Oversee preparation of material control and accounting input for data processing and review output documents for

Was incharge of the entire Warehouse section.made sure food rations don't run out,place food orders in army stores system,receiving and issuing of rations to departments,trainings,and standard policy adherence.

Processed all payments for both internal and extenal suppliers of the hotel in a timely manner.
