-Responsible for transitioning the product from the design to the manufacturing team and coordinating all design-related issues. -Worked with the Marketing Team on the new product and created product-related documents and specifications according to customer needs and legislative requirements. -Assisted the electrical/mechanical design group to ensure successful design and implementation. -Responsible for ensuring that product requirements were met in an industry-specific context. -Provided technical support, worked on product yield improvement,handled customer returns and complaints, provided manufacturing support, and conducted risk assessments for existing products.

-Developed Test Handling capability for new product - Prepared and make quality check for the electrical wiring job inside traffic light controller. -Collaborate with Maintenance team (Programmer and electrical) for troubleshooting and maintaining jobs. - Improve and sustain equipment performance in order to fulfill operational goals.
