Technical Authority on site for Electrical and Mechanical projects during construction, including Electrification (OHL and HV/LV substations), Electrical and Mechanical systems for Stations and Rolling Stock Workshops. Coordination of projects, revision and corrections of electrical and mechanical projects during construction. Supervision of electro-mechanical works, including electrical systems, mechanical equipment, telecoms systems and train control systems. Weekly and monthly planning and programming works. Completion of processes and handover.

Thesis Title: Optimal Location of Series FACTS in transmission systems considering active power. Principal subjects: Electrical power systems, studies of electrical machinery, power electronics, transient analysis of over-voltage, design of schemes of transmission and distributions of electrical energy, studies of coordination of electrical protections and ground systems. Special Courses: Course of analysis of electrical over-voltage. 70 hours. Course of electrical ground systems. 70 hours.
