Abbie Burkhardt

I am a senior recruiter supporting the Information Technology department of Western & Southern Financial Group in Cincinnati, Ohio. I support the recruitment of software developers, business analysts, project managers, program managers, AI professionals, and managers of technical teams. Before supporting the IT department, I was the Campus Recruiter, attending career fairs on our city's local university campuses and overseeing the intern program for about 2 years. I got my start in recruiting by providing sourcing efforts for the agency offices in our southern regions. My 5 years of customer service experience, relationship building, and networking pair well with my interest and passion for recruiting, making sure our candidates have the best possible experience. I am also a certified career coach and provide services to current associates at Western & Southern Financial Group. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, hiking, exploring new parts of our city and new cities, all while spending time with my family. A Cincinnati native, Skyline server at heart, and a Bearcats, Bengals and Reds fan always!
