As the only Executive Assistant, I performed all administrative functions such as faxing, answering multiple phone lines, processing e-mail requests, data entry, and mailing documents. I was also responsible for preparing individual tax returns, input payroll/bank statement information into Quick Books for clients with businesses, and produced client write-up services for end of the year evaluations.

Security Rovers are responsible for ensuring all lockdowns have been completed by previous shifts, making sure all buildings are within regulations in regards to fire/safety and TSA codes and regulations, radio and key/badge inventories for all staff members, great customer service to all patrons and staff members, walk-through checks of all buildings on property, opening and closing the Employee Entrance, and etc.
