I’ve personally closed over 250 transactions, mentored more than 100 agents, leased dozens of homes, and worked as an owner, partner, or project manager on dozens of rehabs (rentals and flips). I specialize in Central and Northwest Denver, downtown condos, and new construction townhomes, and I work closely with top agents, attorneys, and service providers to ensure my clients can make confident, well-informed decisions. In 2014, I founded 1858 Real Estate with a commitment to providing the highest level of service and representation.
