May 2023 - Oct 2023 Primary recruiter for Clinical Review and leadership roles within Member Support and Patient Access. This included Manager and Lead level roles for Member Support and Patient Access orgs and Pharmacists and Technician reviewers for our Clinical Review org.

Primary recruiter for WhatsApp Product Design org, partnering closely with WhatsApp design leadership to hire senior product designers. Partner with Sourcing partners and also self-source to increase top of funnel pipeline and hiring. Impacted in 2023 RIF.

Recruiter for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Cloud Technical Infrastructure including Network Infrastructure, Compute and Platforms organizations. Recruited for individual contributor Software Engineer roles including niche SWE positions. Primary Software Engineering (SWE) recruiter for Cloud NetInfra (Tech Infra) client group. Clients included VP, Directors, and Eng Managers. Responsible for strategy to deliver their SWE Bay Area hiring needs and for collaborating with partner teams for non-SWE roles and roles at other North America sites. In May 2021, after a reorg, my responsibility changed to cover North America.

I did full-cycle recruiting for various areas across the organization including Marketing, Creative, Retail, Customer Service, FP&A, Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Industrial Engineering, and Software Engineering.

As a Firmware Engineering recruiter I worked on roles that included the following background and skills: Sensors, Microcontrollers, Ultra-Low Power Consumer Devices, Wireless Devices, C/ARM/Assembly, device driver development, kernel development, Wireless connectivity: Bluetooth, BTLE, Wifi. I worked on various reqs for our Boston office (remotely from San Diego). These roles included Firmware Engineers, Test Engineers, Test and Development Managers, and one-off roles like Tech Writers and Program Managers.

Converted to a permanent employee at Google after 6 months as a contract recruiter through Adecco. Hired Software Engineers of various backgrounds and levels with skills in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Unix, Linux, Android, iOS, and more. Hired these engineers into product areas including Ads, Social, Search, Geo (Maps), Android, Network Systems, Developer Infrastructure, Corporate Engineering, Storage, and Platforms for the Mountain View and San Francisco offices. Sourced active and passive candidates, evaluated candidate viability, prepared candidates for interviewing, gave realistic expectations of the interview process, guided candidates through the interview process, gave updates to candidates quickly and often, negotiated offers and compensation with all involved parties, and most importantly, closed candidates!
