I traveled to clients in the United States and Canada to lead implementations of enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and product configuration (CPQ) applications. My responsibilities varied by engagement and included project management, requirements documentation, software customization, user training, data management, and process improvement. While the primary focus of my work was software implementation, I often engaged in general business consulting in order to processes. This job required not only well-rounded information technology skills, but the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and to lead large scale, long-term projects.
