I have almost 20 years experience in sales, negotiation and communication. My professional career is dedicated to creating and fostering win/win scenarios in the areas of risk management and high performance team dynamics. I hold a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Aikido, and an Instructor's level in Tai Chi Chuan, and Pentjack Silat. The traditional philosophy I've learned in these arts form the foundation of everything I do, dancing between ethics, high performance and self-discipline. I believe the future of business lay in balancing our "inner technology" with our "outer technology" - to achieve all we can through the incredible power of science demands that we become more active in cultivating our personal resources of imagination, creativity, morality, self-discipline and focus.
