AllianzGI is an active asset manager with over EUR 500bn AuM. The Sustainability Strategists unit is part of the Sustainable & Impact Investing team within the Investment Platform. Reporting to the Global Head of Sustainable & Impact Investing, the team primarily focuses on client engagement, serving as a strategic interface between clients and the firm on sustainability topics. It also contributes to the firm’s sustainability strategy and policies, guides sustainable product development, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Leading client engagement efforts to promote AllianzGI’s sustainable investment offering and support business development. - Supporting RFP and DDQ processes, providing tailored sustainability content to position the firm’s capabilities effectively. - Contributing to the development of sustainable investment solutions, including product design and SFDR Article 8/9 classifications. - Participating in regulatory-related projects (e.g., SFDR, ESMA guidelines, UCITS/AIFMD), helping ensure alignment with evolving requirements. - Representing AllianzGI in industry working groups and initiatives (e.g. French Asset Management Association (AFG), Sustainable Investment Forum (FIR), contributing to market standards and policy discussions. - Advising internal portfolio management teams on sustainability integration and regulatory expectations; deliver internal training to build ESG knowledge across the firm.

Global RfP & Consultant relations team Focus on ESG-related requests Management of key European proposals for large asset owners including central banks and public pension funds. Leading coordinating role for Sustainable Investing tenders: - Proactive identification of investors’ needs in terms of exclusions, ESG integration, Impact - Definition of tailored ESG integration solutions - Guidance to RfP writers from Europe / US / Asia

Business Development - Paris office - Preparation of sales presentations for institutional & retail clients - Competitive intelligence

Oddo Corporate Finance - Corporate Broking department Platform covering liquidity contracts and share buy back programs - Monitoring of market transactions on European indices - Sectorial reviews - Daily synthesis of market events and monthly macroeconomic reports

Oddo Private Banking - Commercial Engineering department - Targeting of the needs of UHNWIs in terms of asset allocation and wealth planning - Collaboration with private bankers, wealth planners and financial advisors - Business support
