Temporary mission. Act as responsible for the end to end operational P2P process. Handle PRs' creation and POs' validation process, follow-up, amendment and closure. Manage blocked invoices, billing and contract issues with suppliers and service providers.

Act as the primary contact for international assignees / transferees, coordinating and overseeing all authorized global mobility services. Review authorizations, address issues and ensure compliance with client agreements and policies. Manage the entire assignment / move process from pre-assignment to repatriation. Initiate assignees / transferees into the global assignment process, order services from suppliers and communicate expenses management procedures. Maintain accurate records in internal system and collaborate with internal departments for efficient service delivery. Review client billings for accuracy and uphold company culture in all interactions.

Manage purchase to sale operations to supply raw materials to corporate factories and manufacturing contracts in Europe, MENEAT, Asia and CIS. Coordinate with internal departments and transport service providers the implementations of routes and logistics operations for new businesses and their set up in system. Maintain and control various SAP parameters and data for purchases and sales processing. Coordinate LCs’ opening with markets and Financial department, check LCs' terms and conditions and ensure issuance of clean document remittances. Manage requests for external certifications with inspection societies and their licence extensions. Capture contract manufacturing forecasts in SAP. Support Payment / Accounting departments on all issues related to accounts to un-block any ‘on hold’ payment from 3rd party/interco suppliers. Ensure that Global Material Supply operation activities and collaborations fully comply with company policies and procedures.

Special Accounts Assistant (2007-2009) Organize and follow up of daily & express transports for major clients. Ensure coordination between customers, carriers, customs and various collaborators. • Manage loading of daily trucks. • Coordinate with export / import customs (pre)customs clearances for regular / rush shipments. • Ensure timely deliveries in compliance with consignors’ / consignees’ special instructions.
