My role was to run, manage and grow a highly pro-active, multi market disciplined Key Accounts resourcing delivery team into a major international/global delivery and execution division of a market leading Energy recruiter. I was directly responsible for the day-today management and mentoring/training of the recruitment team who are involved in the placement of contract Oil & Gas Engineers in all disciplines to clients which include major global Oil & Gas Operators and global Oil & Gas Engineering Companies. I also assisted in the allocation of recruitment resources for Petroplan's other global offices.

Responsible for the management and control of a contract recruitment desk working the Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation and Telecoms disciplines to the Oil & Gas Engineering market primarily in the UK but also overseas where required.

Started at Taylor Recruitment as a Trainee Consultant working in the Oil & Gas Engineering industries working primarily permanent roles for Oil & Gas EPC Contractors and Operators. Promoted to a Recruitment Consultant.
