I've gained extensive experience in strategic sourcing analysis, which involves assessing internal constraints, external risks, conducting cost analysis, and understanding strategic levers within the market. Additionally, I've overseen negotiations and spearheaded the definition and implementation of technical, resourcing, and logistical productivity initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders across various sites and segments. Ensuring effective supplier management and maintaining the quality of purchased components were integral parts of my role, achieved through close collaboration with the Supplier Quality team. Furthermore, I played a key role in constructing the site budget in partnership with the Site Purchasing Manager.

the entrepreneurship summer course is designed by the E4T project ( a collaboration between three of the largest technical universities in europe - Politecnico di Torino, Aalto University, KTH). the course was challenge-driven tackling students with the application of advanced startup/entrepreneurial concepts to real business problem.
