Oversee the import flow from Latin America (LATAM) and Asia to the European Union (EU) together with the monitoring and management of suppliers to ensure operational efficiency. Conducting monthly financial closing, including the provision of funds by developing and utilizing a tool for to track transportation expenses and key performance indicators (KPIs). Management and control of customs documentation and invoices. Assist the warehouse and financial teams with activities related to customs and bonded warehouse

Management and control of customs documentation and invoices. Tacking of containers and general transportation as well as generation of the proper documentation. Interface check and follow up. Support to Logistics, Customer Service and Finance departments in all activities related to customs and bonded warehouses

Maintain stock levels, negotiate with suppliers to optimize purchases, inventory tracking, dispatch, and reception improvements, improve the use of requests and orders through the classification and control of purchase orders, responsible for purchasing of national and international raw materials.

Customer service, cash handling and cash closing

Classification and control of purchase orders, constant attention and communication with customers, sales reports, monthly accounting close and local contact to report assets.

Maintain stock levels and better prices, work with the logistics team to track inventory and the shipping department to improve dispatch and reception, improve the use of requirements and purchase orders, manage their useful life and responsible for the international supply of direct goods and some of the national ones as well

Manage store staff and evaluate their performance, identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers, maintain inventory, and ensure items are in stock.

Improve use of requirements and purchase orders, support the activities of the marketing department by providing accurate budgets for special events and marketing material
