A Comissão de Transporte e Mobilidade Urbana (CTMU) analisa matérias referentes ao transporte público, coletivo e individual, privado, de frete e de carga, rodoviário e metroviário, bem como as propostas sobre planejamento e exploração dos serviços de transporte e política de mobilidade urbana.

Start in July 2021 - Senior Specialist in Electromobility in the Transition to Electromobility Project in Brazilian Cities TEP - TF0A9650 (Grant Agreement), which aims to: i) improve the technical, financial and institutional knowledge of government agencies and ii) support the preparation of pilot projects for electric buses in selected Brazilian cities, which will allow collective public transport projects in Brazilian cities to take into account, in their elaboration, the promotion of sustainable urban mobility and electromobility as an essential condition for access people to urban functions.

Specialist in Urban Mobility in the Low Carbon Urban Mobility Project for Large Cities - GRT/FM-14717-BR, whose main objective is to develop technical and knowledge tools for the planning and implementation of urban mobility sustainable, helping Brazil to achieve the projected emission reduction commitment from the year 2020 (NDC).

Contract No. 045/2021-PF on 03/24/2021, Process No. 19481/2020, entered into between the Municipality of Santo André and the Inter-American Development Bank IDB with the purpose of "Hiring the Individual Consultant for the Provision of Specialized Services in the Preparation of Integration Strategy of the Perspective of Gender Parity in the Secretariat of Urban Mobility (SMU) of the Municipality of Santo André/SP".

I - coordinate and supervise the development of programs, projects and activities related to mobility for non-motorized modes of transport; II - promote the review, update and implementation of the PDTU / DF, with regard to non-motorized transport; III - coordinate and supervise the elaboration, monitoring, evaluation and review of the bicycle mobility policy; IV - coordinate and supervise the development, monitoring, evaluation and review of the mobility policy on foot; V - supervise the implementation of the mobility policy in aspects related to non-motorized modes of transport; VI - coordinate and monitor the preparation of projects and studies related to non-motorized modes of transport; VII - coordinate and supervise the conduct of research related to non-motorized modes of transport; VIII - coordinate and supervise educational campaigns related to non-motorized modes of transport; and IX - coordinate the development and implementation of the Shared Bicycle System and monitor its operation.

The research has two stages, the first being quantitative and the second qualitative. The case study, in the cities of Brasilia and Lisbon, explores the extent to which sociocultural issues, infrastructure issues, and public safety issues influence women's walking. The objective of the study was to compare the behavior in the daily walking of women, as well as to develop a fear walkability index in both cities. Starting from the hypothesis that the construction of cities that present traditional solutions of mobility and urban planning is extremely oppressive to the woman in its displacements. Constrained in the choice of its walking path and limited to occupy public spaces, by having to fulfill a social and cultural role attributed to it in society, it is encouraged and strengthened to develop feelings of vulnerability and insecurity. For this purpose, two specific objectives were proposed: i) To identify in the displacements on foot of the woman the influence of three factors: a) infrastructure; b) public security; and c) sociocultural, with the intention of evaluating the perspective of the woman when moving on foot in the city due to its built space and socio-cultural issues; and ii) Create a female fear walkability index in the cities chosen for the case study based on the factors identified in item i.
