-Evaluate and quote the cost of telephone routes in accordance with market prices and the client's target price. - Receipt, review and uploading of supplier tariff notifications to the system. - Updating of target-specific quotations based on predefined profit margins. - Monitoring goal compliance and generating profitable financial margins for the company. - Generating price benchmarks for route searching. - Customer and supplier support.

- Manage and coordinate purchase orders with origin offices and co-loaders, ensuring efficient execution aligned with logistical and commercial requirements. - Plan and supervise maritime import shipments (LCL and FCL),guaranteeing compliance with customs regulations and ensuring cut-off deadlines to optimize delivery times at destination. - Monitor and track shipments, coordinate HBL approval, provide timely information to customers, and manage cargo release upon arrival. Traffics: Far East, Europe, and America. - Execute the operational closure of shipments, verify and validate invoices from consolidators and shipping lines to ensure proper cost reconciliation and administrative processes.

- Analyze, report, and manage purchase orders received from the commercial department. - Supervise and coordinate maritime import shipments (LCL and FCL) in the Americas, Europe, and the Far East trade lanes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and operational requirements. - Monitor and track shipments, maintaining constant communication with the customer, providing status updates, and managing document approval (HBL). - Transfer shipment management to the operations department after departure, ensuring process continuity and customer support until final cargo receipt.

Imports: -Request, receive, and review the pre-alert from the origin agent, ensuring the validation and approval of shipping documents (MBL and HBLs). - Monitor and track FCL and LCL shipments from departure to arrival in Colombia, providing constant updates to customers. - Register and manage cargo information in the MUISCA-DIAN platform, ensuring compliance with customs requirements. - Coordinate prompt payment of accounts receivable with the client to ensure the timely release of cargo at the port. Exports: - Plan, schedule, and coordinate export consolidations (LCL) or FCL cargoes. - Manage shipping documentation, space reservations, and container bookings with shipping lines, including the accurate preparation of the Shipping Instruction (SI). - Supervise LCL shipments for consolidation or containers arrival at the port, ensuring compliance with the cut-off deadlines set by the terminal and the shipping line. - Verify and track all stages of the shipment (departure, pre-alert, transit, and arrival), coordinating with the accounts receivable department and the client to ensure efficient cargo release at the destination.

• Documentation, manifest, cargo selectivity, arrival notice or departure, confirmation of unloading and completion of import or export cargo before the Muisca-DIAN and CargoSpot system. • Provide service to the end customer, crops, carriers, cargo agents, customs agents and airlines (Delta Cargo, Solar Cargo, Aerolíneas Argentinas, Etihad Airlines) throughout the operation. • Logistical support on ramp verifying the shipment of perishable products and dry cargo, photographic record. • Management of the flight at the documentary level, receipt of pre-alert of origin or sending to the airline in the export case. • Incorporation of information into clients' (airlines) Web systems.

- Receive and manage the arrival of perishable products (flowers, herbs, and tilapia) by cold room, as well as dry cargo and live animals by warehouse for export, ensuring compliance with preservation and safety standards. - Provide comprehensive support to final customers, flower farms, transporters, freight forwarders, custom brokers, and airlines (Delta Cargo, Solar Cargo, Aerolíneas Argentinas, Etihad Airlines), ensuring a seamless and efficient operation. - Supervise and support the logistics operation at the ramp, verifying the proper loading of perishable products and dry cargo to the aircraft, including photographic records for quality control and traceability. - Manage flight documentation, ensuring the correct reception of pre-alerts from origin or the timely transmission of information to the airline in export operations. - Execute and process operational information, including documentation, manifests, cargo selectivity, arrival ordeparture notices, unloading confirmation, and flight completition through the MUISCA-DIAN and Cargo Spot systems. - Record and update information in clients' web systems (airlines), ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy.
